Map of Cave Systems (Cenotes) on Cozumel

The island of Cozumel contains several cenotes that provide access to underwater cave systems formed within its limestone bedrock. Many of these caves are hidden beneath the jungle or located along the island’s shoreline. Most are accessible through cenotes, and many require special access or scientific permits.
